In Hathras, vicious thugs stole Rs 3 lakh 97 thousand from the bank account of a youth working as Assistant Technical Manager i.e. ATM in the Agriculture Department office of Tehsil Sadabad. The surprising thing is that neither any message regarding withdrawal of money from the account reached this young man’s mobile nor was he cheated through any call.

Surendra Singh, son of Toukiram, resident of Nagla Padam village of Aligarh, is working as an ATM in the Agriculture Department office of Sadabad. Surendra Singh told that his bank account is in the State Bank branch. From October 2 to October 9, about Rs 3,97,310 were withdrawn from his bank account by unknown cyber criminals. He came to know about this when he was checking his bank balance on 9 October.
Before the money went missing from his account, he neither received any message nor any call. He told that he also complained about this to the police, but no hearing was taken. Now he has lodged his complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. He will also go to higher officials in Aligarh to register his complaint.
